Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and subscription cancellations for the Eduledger platform.
1. Google Play Subscriptions
Eduledger subscriptions are managed and billed through the Google Play Store. All financial transactions are subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Subscriptions" section of your Google Play account.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current subscription period ends.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Refund Requests
As all payments are processed by Google, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play through their standard refund process.
Eduledger does not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly for Google Play transactions.
4. Trial Period
The 7-day free trial is intended for schools to evaluate the Service. No charges are made if the subscription is cancelled within this 7-day window.
